Eye shadow application?

I am trying to find a website that gives examples of different colour techniques. I have some photoshoots coming up in which I have to do my own makeup and would like some examples to get some ideas. Anyone have any? I can look in magazines but I can never tell what colours they are using.Eye shadow application?

mhm i dont know any web sites, but have u ever not done your own make up? try going to he mall or something and watch them appy make up, its really quite easy.
go on youtube they have makeup videos on how to do makeup i hope that you have a good time trying to find the right makeup for you, try putting on color on the whole lid and the other eyeshadow alfway across the eyelid. we;; hope i helped got to go bye
Buy this month's Seventeen magazine. They always have a 4-5 page spread of different color patterns for eyes, and on the side they put down the color and brand of the eye shadow used.

Try looking at the Mary Kay website.....sometimes they will have suggestions and they actually give you the names of the colors.
