Can I use a lipliner as a eyeliner?

So I just bought a lip liner which I thought was an eyeliner.


I was wondering if you could use it as a eyeliner?





The color is like a burgundy and I really like it.

You really shouldnt, the eye area is very delicate and cosmetics are developed for the specific ared and also, depending on where you bought the item you could return it... CVS will take it back as well as Walgreens and any major cosmetic brand as well.

i think it's best that you don't. eyeliner is made to look good around the eye area, and lipliner was made to look nice around lips. sorry, but i wouldn't.
i've tried that before. it kinda works, but it smears easily :/

yes you can, just be a bit more careful with your application. there are lots of makeup products that can have double uses... like using lipstick as a blush... or blush as a eyeshadow.

You can use it but be really careful not to get it in your eye. It hurts a lot more than eye liner does when you get it in your eye.
There are no rules; whatever looks nice %26amp; you like. Just make sure to wipe the tip clean before moving it from lips to eyes. Have some fun:).
I don't think that would be a problem! people use eyeliner for lips all the time! i wouldn't mix them up though! keep it strictly for your eyes or lips!
