Clear lipliner!!!?

where can you buy a clear lipliner??can you get it from walmart or walgreens..?Clear lipliner!!!?
To all those noobs up there who think clear lipliner doesn't work--she is asking to buy clear lipliner because it goes with everything and keeps lipstick in place instead of buying a colored one that you can see popping through her l/s or l/s.





You can find it at any drugstore like walgreens, longs, cvs, etc. or at a place like walmart or target. You'll just have to look at each brands' lipliners to see if they have clear.Clear lipliner!!!?

Why would you want clear lip liner? You can't see it anyways.

Clear lipliner is fabulous! It keeps lipstick from feathering without creating that completely outdated darker lip liner ring. Avon sells a clear lip liner in their Glimmerstick line. That's the one I use, love it!
I've got some that I bought at Target.
now seriously. does that sound logical? thats like buying hairspray that doesnt hold.
I'm not sure why you would want clear lipliner... You can't see it so it's just a waste of money and time. How did you even find out that clear lipliner existed?
