Probably not. Even women who get the permanent lip liner look made up. Also, you have to have the lipstick to match the liner, so when your favorite lipstick gets discontinued - you're in trouble.
Basically, people shouldn't be wearing permanent lip liner unless it's to help with a facial problem.I was wondering men could have permanent brown lip liner that doesn't look made up?
i see no reason why you can't have it done. it will define your lips and if you want to wear lipstick or gloss it will complete the look. go 4 it
