Go to the mall and go to the best make up counters and it's not required but you will probably want to be prepared to by a lip stick liner... and have a professional put your make-up on for you and they will also show you how because they want you to return and purchase from them they work on commission. :-)

Most major make-up suppliers (such as cover girl or maybelline) have make-up tutorials. Another site you might try is Tyra Banks talk show website. She has done several shows relating to the application of make-up and I am pretty sure her site would feature that as well. Good luck.
