Anyone have permanent eye liner?

Does it actually stay ';black'; pernamently? because if it fades i wouldn't even bother getting it done.Anyone have permanent eye liner?
Technically, permanent cosmetics procedures are considered permanent because the color is implanted into the upper reticular part of the dermal layer of the skin and cannot be washed off. However, as with any tattoo, fading can and often does occur, requiring periodic maintenance, color re-enhancement or color re-freshing. Just like hair color, furniture that may be located near a window, or even house paint, pigment implanted in the skin may fade with time. It is important to consider this and all aspects of the procedure when selecting a potential permanent cosmetic makeup technician.

LornaAnyone have permanent eye liner?
my mom those! she had that shizznit done in mexico! lol...looked funny at first but they stay black for a long time
yes one of my anuts has it and she put the white line on top of the black one and it looks so cool but it she has it done for a while and the lady that told her said that it was gonna last for like 2 or more years but then you can get it a retouch but now it looks so cool it really looks like she puts it on everyday not like is a tattoo
I wouldn't do that. It will fade over time. I don't understand why people get that anyway. It only takes a minute to put on eyeliner.
DONT DO IT! just like any other tattoo it will fade. plus it will start to sag once you get older and you could end up with black lines on the side of your face not on your eyes...another point is that what if the 2 mins your trying to save everyday is going to go out of style in a year? they can remove it but not without the cost, pain and some scarring and/or evidence that its been removed. my step mom got hers done a regretted it about 2 months down the road. be careful!
My neighbor had hers done about 3 years ago and hers has faded, but she is always out sunning herself and I don't think the word sunscreen is in her dictionary! LOL From what I have heard I think if you keep it out of the sun it should look good for about 7 to 10 years and it needs to be retouched after that. Lips don't last that long, around 3 to 4 years because of sun exposure.
