Can anyone tell me how to apply eyeliner and lipliner?

Im trasfering to a new school and i want to learn how to apply makeup, some girls i know already know how and i feel left behind. Please Help Me!!!!!! Can u also tell me what lip gloss might look good with my skin color??Can anyone tell me how to apply eyeliner and lipliner?
As a makeup artist I only like appying eyeliner at the top. But it depends on how you like it. But with liquid I only apply at the top, if its pencil I will apply at the top and bottom, when I apply it at the bottom i start in the middle to the corner. Use waterproof, and brushes. So here are some tips to follow.

Shape and define your eyes with eyeliner after you've applied eye shadow and before applying mascara. Whether you choose a soft line or a dramatic stroke, eyeliner draws attention.

Tips:

Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.

Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.

Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.

Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.

Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.

If you used a brush or a pencil, soften the look by gently smudging the line with your brush, a cotton swab or your finger.

LIPLINER

Lip liner is not essential but if used, it should be applied first. It should either be neutral in color or match the shade of your lipstick and not darker than your lipstick, so that if the lipstick fades, you don't walk around with only the outline showing. Lip liner is used to define the look of your lips and normally, you start lining them on your natural lip line starting from the center of your upper lip to the outer edge. For sharpening the lip pencil, chill it in the refrigerator for a few minutes first. To make the lipstick stay longer, use foundation on the lips first, then apply lipstick, blot the extra color with a tissue, reapply the lipstick and then dust the lips with powder. Since foundation and powder make lips drier, use lipstick with a creamy formula to counter the effect.

The beautiful raspberry stain can be obtained by applying the berry color on the lips, blotting it with the tissue and then use brush to apply a second coat of the lipstick.

The nude bare lip looks can be obtained by using neutral pink lip color that matches your skin tone. Pale colored women can go for light orange color with a pinkish tint while olive skin can use brownish bronze shade. Avoid lip liners as you don't need the harsh lines. Add clear gloss to the center of your lip and you are ready.

There are lipsticks that add warmth and volume to your lips and are also have a flavor and perfume of their own. So buy the favorite fruity, candy or other flavors of your spouse for your honeymoon!

Older women should use creamier lipsticks.

Orange and brown shades make your teeth appear yellow so until you have that picture-perfect smile, keep them off your lips.

In summers, you may have those dreaded dry cracked lips. Simply use your toothbrush to get rid of the dead skin gently and apply lip balm generously on them to heal them soon.

Brown toned lips take on brown shades such as apricots, beiges, peaches and cappuccinos better than pink or blue toned lipsticks.

Hope that helps. Can anyone tell me how to apply eyeliner and lipliner?
lipliner goes on your lips the top part and the bottom eyeliner goes under your eyes with your eye shadow
ohh for eyeliner you apply it to the bases of your lashes. you can apply it to top, bottom or both. (i apply on both)

i personally don't need lipliner, but you just take the pencil and line your lips with the color that matches your lipstick.

and i think raspberry colored lipgloss would look good for you!

hope that helps! :)
Underline the bottom of the eye with an eyeliner pencil just below the eye lashes. Pink lip gloss always looks good.
applying eyeliner and lipliner is difficult at first im not sure if i can TELL you how to apply it cause you might not do it right and as for the lipgloss i would go clear or baush, i buy maybeline its really good stuff but have one of your friends help you with the eyeliner and lipliner, and whatever color you like best
Eye liner: Put it along your lash line (top and bottom)

Lip Liner: Just outline your lips.

Im not that good with colors but maybe a creamy, light pink would look nice =)

It's maybe best to start off with a eye pencil, and move on to liquid eyeliner once you get the hang of it.

I still use the eye pencil after 10 years of applying makeup daily, since I find that look less dramatic. I save liquid eyeliners for special occasions, or going out.

So, how to do it:

The trick is to start of lightly, as you can always go over once again if you want a more viable line. Start at your outer eye corner, a little above your lash line, and follow it, gradually moving the line nearer to the lash line and finally close it down at approximately 3/4 of the eye. Now, fill in the gap between the line and the lashes, paying attention not to leave blank spots.

Lower lashes are usually only a bit underlined, up to a half way in.

This kind of eye lining works great for all types of eyes. The key is practice, and you might want to get a kohl eye pencil to help you get started, as those are softer and easier to apply. Choose your color wisely, pure black is rarely the best color. Consider gray, brown or purple.

Follow with good mascara and you'll look great.

If you want to line your lips, once again I suggest you practice. The lip liner and the lipstick should be the in same color, as darker lip liner is surely out. When lining my lips I usually start from the middle of my upper lip and follow the natural shape of my lips. You should never step outside the lips with the liner, it looks really unnatural.

From other makeup you might want to get a good concealer (hide blemishes etc.), remember to blend in well.

As far as lip gloss is concerned, you can get a perfectly transparent one or a shiny one, depending on your preferences. All hues of pink go great with all skin colors.

Don't forget to take off your makeup before going to bed, because it could clog your pores and lead to acne.

I've also listed a few links for you to check out:
Um, eyeliner is common, but most young girls don't wear lipliner. I would just stick with eyeliner and a little bit of neutral/ pink/ peach lipgloss. Maybelline or some drugstore brands should work well for eyeliner and lipgloss.

For eyeliner, it's easier to buy a ';pencil'; eyeliner at a drugstore. Apply it close to your eyelashes starting from your inner eye continuing outwards.
Steps:

1. Choose an eyeliner appropriate for your eye color. Brown, navy and charcoal accent light eyes well, while brown and plum shades flatter brown eyes. Make sure your liner complements the color of your shadow.

2. Consider the type of look you're after. Pencil eyeliner gives your eyes soft definition, while liquid versions offer precision and drama. You can also moisten dark eye shadow and apply it with a small, flat brush.

3. Prepare a cake liner or a dark eye shadow by applying a small amount of water to your brush. Or, if you're using a pencil eyeliner, ensure that you've sharpened the pencil adequately.

4. Move the wet brush gently through your cake liner or dark shadow. Hold the brush or pencil as you would hold a pen.

5. Tilt your head back slightly and bring your eyes to a half-open state. This creates a good angle for application, while allowing you to see what you're doing.

6. Draw a line across the upper lid just above the lashes, from the inside corner to the outside corner of the eye. If you're using liquid liner, allow it to dry before opening your eyes all the way, or the color may transfer into the crease of your eye.

7. If you used a brush or a pencil, soften the look by gently smudging the line with your brush, a cotton swab or your finger.

8. Line the lower lids. Moving from the outside edge inward, draw a line on the outer two-thirds of the lid or more, depending on the look you're going for. Your line should be slightly thicker at the outside corner, becoming thinner as it moves in toward your nose. Using your brush or pencil, lightly stroke the area. If using a liquid liner, apply it in one smooth stroke. Apply less color so your eyes don't appear raccoonlike.

LIP LINER

A. Do Liner First

Lip liner is optional but if you use it, it should go on first. Don't use liner darker than your lipstick, because if the lipstick fades and the liner doesn't, you're left with just an outline. Use neutral or lipstick-matched liner.

Starting at the center of your upper lip, draw a line to each outer corner, following the edge of your natural lip line.

Fill in color all over lips if you want extra holding power for your lipstick.

*Hint: Chill lip pencil in the refrigerator for a few minutes to make sharpening easier.

B. Lipstick

A dusting of powder or bit of foundation beneath lipstick can maximize its staying power. Either can dry lips, though, so use a creamy formula lipstick.

Stretch your lips and starting at the center of top or bottom, glide color to corners. Blot, reapply and blot again for longer-lasting color.

*Hint: A lip brush gives you the most precision in applying lipstick.
Eye liner should be applied to the top from inside the eye to the outside. Under the eye should be applied very lightly, a soft touch. Now to make it last longer and to make your eyes look sexy and attractive add eye shadow that is in the same color family as what you used on top to apply to the bottom under the eye. Say your going to use a light blue (baby blue) for on top of the eye, use a darker blue on the bottom. Do not apply it to thick so you look like you have two black eyes. Apply just enough to cover.

Now lip liner. Question is? Do you want fuller lips? Or natural? For fuller lips apply to the top of the lip line, pretty much on the face. For natual it should be applied to the inside of the lip. Place w/this in front of the mirror. You will see what I am talking about.

Clear lip gloss is always a great way to go. Makes your lips look wet and sexy. But try differnt ones at your local Carson's.
